Night Time Beauty Routine

Hey Guys!
It feels as though I haven’t talked beauty on here in forever and I hate that! If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have been trying quite a few products and give ALL the tea on them there. I keep all of that in the 'Beauty' tab, so if you want to read about it, you can find it there. The Beauty Trials are fun and all, but I do have some staples and I have been using them long enough to say I have an actual routine.  I cleanse my face once a day, at night and swear by the following products!

1. Cleanse
If I’m not wearing makeup, I get straight to cleaning my face with either Cetaphil’s Daily Facial Cleanser or Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser. My decision is based on how congested my skin looks and what I’ve used the previous night. If I did wear makeup, I removed it with a Neutrogena makeup wipe and then follow with Mario Badescu’s Glycolic Foaming Cleanser for a little extra oomph.

2. Vitamin C
I personal don't use a toner because each one I've used has been too strong and caused me to break out, so it’s straight to a Vitamin C. I use Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line Reducing Concentrate with Vitamin C and I love it! I got a small version during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I really love it, so I am going to buy more, because it has made a difference.

3. Moisturize
This is my second favorite step in skincare because I have dry skin, so I love putting on moisturizer. I’m currently going in between The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisturize Cream and Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. Kiel’s is a heavier cream, so I do choose to wear that one in the day and use the Body Shop’s moisturizer at night. I feel it's a good follow up to the vitamin c and they work well together.

4. Lip Balm
Lips are so important and often overlooked. I make it a priority to moisturize my lips with a vitamin e balm I received from a Bumble swag bag. Glossier Balm Dotcom is my other go to lip balm that I keep with me for daytime.

Wow, what a post! When I wake up, I simply wash my face with water and do steps 2-4 for the day.  It’s a pretty mild regimen, so I thankful didn't have to throw a lot of products out there to y’all. If you have any questions or recommendations please drop a comment below!
