I'm excited that I have two things to talk about today!

First up is this super cute, super fun set from Michael Kors. It's what the young kids call a co-ord set, but back when I got it, it was simple a matching top and bottom. Lol at me acting old. This set is 4 years old, BUT what I love about Michael Kors is that he brings out matching sets every season and they're all equally gorgeous. The material is polyester so its super lightweight and thin, which is perfect for summer.

In the name of "mixing it up," I asked for some fashion advice for the shoes, as I try to change sets up when I re-wear them and went with these suggested Nine West wedges. I love a shoe with height and these a baby wedges, which had me feeling a bit out of my comfort zone. Despite them being short, they are VERY comfortable, so I won't complain. My jewelry is from and added some spice to things up with all the colors!

Secondly, I wanted to let you guys know about this book I just finished reading! It's called Born to Wander and is SO good. I'm finding myself drawn to Christian books this year and this one is has a faith based focal point. The central theme is trusting God as we pilgrimage through life, which is what we have been called to do. Often times, we find ourselves either stuck or content with a situation that doesn't aid our spiritual appointments and we remain there due to security of some sort. But author Michelle Van Loon challenges us view our identity in Christ as pilgrim followers with a sense of identity found only in Christ.

I read the book in three days because it was very good in my opinion. As a young woman, doing her best to trust God with the direction of my life, it seems as if He had me pick it up right on time. I found a lot of "wow" and "omg" nuggets in the book, which I've been sharing on my Instagram. They're very relatable and life applicable piece of info that can really make you think about the wants and desires for your life. Whether you want to change the direction of you life or just want to learn more about God's plan for us to allow Him to use us in a way that can cause unexpected movement, I'd recommend this book for you!
