Yoga in the park with Flow and Favor

I am a people’s person. I love other people and whether we’re chatting, doing, or simply being in each others presence, I appreciate connecting with folks from all walks of life. Thankfully, my blogging journey has allowed me the opportunity to form friendships with individuals that I know I wouldn't have met without Syd and the City. It’s funny how God has used something I’m so passionate about to be bring new people into my life.
When prepping for this shoot, my friend Whitney of Flow and Favor, mentioned that she wanted to get some camera time in and I was all the way down. I’ve never done a two person shoot, so I was open to the idea and thought it would be fun to try. Spoiler: It was!  Whit is a yogi. One of the most devote yogis I know and it would’ve been silly to me if we didn't showcase that! I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to try some yoga with someone who’s certified to be an instructor. Yes, I am boosting her because she’s that amazing.
While I have tried yoga before, I can say I enjoyed our little session a bit more. I don't know if it was being outside, having a “teacher” that was rushing me, or the vibe being easy enough for me to let out random sounds of frustration/confusion with the poses, but it was fun. I felt like I could try a bit more and was comfortable doing it.
My  love for fitness looks was able to be showcased with this old Victoria Sport set.  I'm not one to do the sport's bra as a top trend, so I was happy to have the high waisted knockout tights! They gave me a little coverage, but were still movable. The fact that we both showed up in the  deep v-neck sport bra was purely coincidence lol!
