The Beauty Trials: Facial cleansers

I’m sooo excited to share my latest trials with y'all! I recently went to target and got sucked into buying a few items to try. Saving Tip: Don't go to the Target with the REALLY nice beauty section because you will spend more than anticipated. I’m always looking for good, new beauty product to switch into my regime and went on to try the Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser and Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water.

This product is interesting, but good interesting. My first impression was a bit off because it looks like snot if I’m being honest and it doesn't lather. I’m one who uses the presence of lather to let me know a product is working and you don't get that with this. That can't take away from the good though, which is the fact that your skin feels good afterward, a little goes a long way, and it’s pretty inexpensive. As a drug store cleanser, I’m very impressed and actually like it more than my Kiehl’s, which says a lot!

I have seen all the hype over this and was not interested. What did I need another cleanser for if I had makeup wipes + a normal cleanser? I didn’t, but with the trial price, I wanted to try it and I’m glad I did! I use this after cleansing with Cetaphil and it gets the remainder product off easily. My only problem is that it seems to waste no matter how I put it on my cotton ball. Weird, but a miniscule issue if I’m being honest. The product isn’t drying, nor does it have a scent, so it literally feels as if regular water is being swiped on. Good deal to me!

What I love is that I got to try both of these products for the price of one basically! The trial sizes are perfect and I’m glad I bought them before committing because it has allowed me to concoct the perfect regime for me! In the morning, I wash my face with just water and follow with the Micellar water. At night, I use the Cetaphil with my Luna mini and then follow with the Micellar water before my moisturizer. I love the results so far and I hope y'all would be interested in trying them out!
If you have, what were your experiences?
